FATIGUE (TIREDNESS)
Remedies are selected according to what causes the fatigue.
Fatigue should be evaluated by a health professional.

CHICHONA OFFICINALIS 30 C
For fatigue following blood loss. To be taken together with ARNICA 30 C.

SELENIUM 30 C
Fatigue due to hot weather. Physical exhaustion with depresfailes to refresh patient wants to remain in bed; loss of memory; sleep fails to refresh: patient feels chilly but can’t stand heat.

ARNICA 30 C
Fatigue due to physical over-exertion. Muscle pains, stiffness: sleeplessness.

PHOSPHORICUM ACIDUM 30 C
Fatigue due to mental over-exertion. General indifference, loss of interest, refusal to communicate with others, depression, failure to concentrate, loss of memory, headaches, dizziness.

KALI PHOSPHORICUM 30 C
Fatigue due to mental over-exertion. Back of skull headache that prevents patient from working: patient feels mentally disabled; has difficulty in understanding; increased appetite; decreased sexual activity.

NUX VOMICA 30 C
Fatigue of professional workaholic. Difficulty in making mental effort; irritability; morning bad temper : sleeps poorly; needs coffee, tea, alcohol, tobacco, etc... . Has digestive problems. This is the medication for those x~ hose work is sedentary.

DOSAGE
3 granules (each) of selected medication(s) 3 times per day until recovery.

FEVER - FLU (INFLUENZA)
Fever is one of the organism’s reactions to infection, be it microbial, parasitic or viral. The medication is selected according to:

• the fever’s characteristics
  
• the manifestations the fever has caused
  
• the conditions which preceded the fever’s appear- ance.
  

High Fever
These are fevers in excess of 101°F.

ACONITUM NAPELLUS 6 C
Fever due to sudden exposure to dry, cold weather; high fever that comes on suddenly; skin red and dry; fear, anxiety and agitation. Fever higher before midnight.

APIS 6 C
High fever of sudden onset; wet surface of throat red, shiny, swollen; prickling pain in the throat; no thirst.

BELLADONNA 6 C
High fever of sudden onset; skin red, hot and radiating heat; sweating; aches and pains; aggravated by noise, light, movement; restless sleep; ravings.

Medium-High Fever
These fevers are below 101°F.

FERRUM PIIOSPIIORICUM 6 C
Medium-high fever with sweating and thirst, sometimes with nose-bleeds; face alternating between redness and pal! or; earinflammation with tendency to nose bleeds.

EUPATORIUM 6 C
Medium-high fever, worse in the morning, overall stiffness, pain deep in bones; aching eyeballs; occipital [back of skull] headaches; cough.

GELSEMIUM 6 C
Fever that develops gradually; stuporous state, patient trembles but lies quietly; absence of thirst.

BRYONIA 6 C
Fever that develops gradually, with dry and painful cough; dryness of wet surfaces of mouth. throat, and nose; thirst for cold water in large quantities. Patient is improved by rest.

RIUS TOXICODENDRON 6 C
Feverish, agitated, aching, patient restless; fever blisters on lips; thirst.

ARNICA 6 C
Medium fever, body cold, head warm, stiffness, shiver.

DOSAGE
3 granules (each) of selected medicaitons(s) 3 to 4 times per day.At start of treatment, reduce interval between doses.

In all instances of incipient [beginning] grippe [flu], take I dose of FLU SOLUTIONTM at the very first symptoms; additional doses at 12 hour intervals thereafter.
